Company and program background

Established in 2002 with experience in business improvement programs such as Just in time, TQM, Six Sigma and Lean we continued to see issues such as:

For more than 30 years many businesses and government departments have strived for improvements through improved processes.

We found that many of the issues that existed in the corporate world didn’t exist in or part of a professional sporting club and team. This is why we set upon our journey of more than 6 years to create a structured business and cultural change program that focuses on people and the implementation of proven and tested professional sporting club and team principles into all levels of organisations.

We operate like a sporting club, with a Board, coaching staff, specialist trainers, players, support staff and sponsors.
